Quilting Outside the Square
The 2015 Hoffman Challenge is a fascinating quilt display – each one is created with a common fabric and the work must not be square or rectangular.
The annual New Zealand Hoffman Challenge is organised by Needle ‘n Thread, in Dunedin. The challenge is open to all quilters no matter where they live. All entries must contain the nominated fabric for this year, must be no larger than one meter square; must not be square or rectangular and must contain a recognisable amount of the challenge fabric.
See these creations and more at the Hoffman Challenge area at the Hamilton and Christchurch Craft & Quilt Fairs.
